We conducted interviews to understand what the most critical needs of those on the floor are. We evaluated the tools they use and how they fix problems.
Different “lenses” on the data prioritized different use cases. While the grid addresses the needs shift leaders with across-the-floor glanceability, the table accommodates the Ops team and Process Engineers, who need more nuanced, detailed information about performance.
